Dewin Essence reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable, pricing information is incorrect, or we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

An order is considered accepted when Dewin Essence confirms the order.

Please carefully review your order before submitting it, including your name, phone number, products, quantities, and delivery location.

Once an order has been processed, cancellation may not always be possible.

If we cancel or are unable to fulfill an order, we will contact you using the contact information provided with your order.

Returns are subject to our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are in Ghana Cedis (GHS/GH₵) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice.

The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

For eligible deliveries within Greater Accra, Dewin Essence offers Cash on Delivery.

For orders outside Greater Accra, payment arrangements may differ because the order is handled through a third-party delivery service. Customers may be required to make payment to the delivery service when the package is received at the relevant lorry station.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Greater Accra

Orders within Greater Accra are generally processed within 1–2 days.

Most orders are delivered the next day, while some orders may qualify for same-day delivery depending on the customer's location, order time, and delivery availability.

Delivery within Greater Accra is free.

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible Greater Accra orders.

Our delivery rider may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your location and arrange delivery.

Outside Greater Accra

Orders outside Greater Accra are handled through a third-party delivery service.

After your order is prepared, the package will be sent to the appropriate lorry station for dispatch.

The delivery service will receive the package and arrange for it to be handed to the driver travelling to your destination.

Payment for the package may be made to the delivery service at the lorry station when the package is handed over to the driver.

The driver will contact you when the package reaches your destination or when they are ready to arrange delivery. The driver may arrange a suitable meeting point with you.

Delivery charges outside Greater Accra are determined by the delivery service and are not included in Dewin Essence's free Greater Accra delivery offer.

Delivery times outside Greater Accra may vary depending on the destination, transportation schedules, and the third-party delivery service.

Dewin Essence is not responsible for delays caused by transportation providers, lorry stations, drivers, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Dewin Essence accepts eligible product returns within 5 days of the customer receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must generally be:

  • Unused and unopened.

  • In its original condition and packaging.

  • Free from damage, alteration, or tampering.

  • Returned with proof of purchase or sufficient order information.

Customers must contact Dewin Essence within the 5-day return period to request a return.
